REFUNDS

As all items you order will be made specially for you, we can only refund you if you receive a faulty item.  If this occurs, please send us an email including your name, order number and a picture of the damaged item you've received.


Refunds need to be requested via email on contact@nassoma.com within 7 days of receipt and shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please send us a tracking code after shipping.


Note that we will not accept any item that is not in the same condition we sent it to you (in good condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all Nassoma tags still attached). If a returned item shows any signs of use, it will be sent back to the customer and the refund will not be approved.
